Request A New Password

For your security we encrypt all passwords before storing them and even we don't know what they are. However, if you provide us with the email address and either the memorable place or memorable date that your gave us when you registered then you will automatically be issued with a temporary password. This will be sent to your email address and it should arrive within a few minutes.

Please note that your memorable place or date must be typed exactly as before.

Once you have successfully logged in then we suggest that you update your password as soon as possible to something of your own choice.

This must be the email address you used to register with this site. It will be used for sending you a new password.
This must be either the memorable place or date that you registered with this site. It must be entered exactly as before (dates are usually entered as dd/mm/yyyy) although letter case is not important.
 

 

If you have a problem using this form then please contact us by email with your name, email address and either the memorable place or memorable date that your gave us when you registered and request a new password. We will then email one to you; however, this will not be as quick as using the form above.
